My Personal Story

When I was five years old, I remember marveling at how perfect I was made. So I began asking a lot of questions. Who am I? Why am I here? How can I take care of myself?

I asked my parents these questions. I read books. I went to church. I asked ministers those questions and more. Then I involved myself in learning everything I could about philosophy and religion. I wanted to understand how life works.

Over the years, I found myself. So now the first principle that I teach is “Self-knowledge.” Knowing yourself is greatest thing that you can do for yourself. It is the basis for increase in your life. The one thing that I’m sure of with each person that I meet is…. that they want an increase of life – a better life. The best way to make a difference in the world is to be the best that you can be. Self-knowledge begins your growth process. Yet, it does not end there. Growth is a lifelong process.

So as I continued to grow, I learned more about myself every day. It’s not that I don’t know who and what I am; it’s that I am learning how to express my uniqueness to others each day. My favorite books at this stage of my life are “Integrity: the courage to meet the demands of reality” by Dr. Henry Cloud, “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace Wattles, “The Essence of Reality: A Clear Awareness of How Life Works” by Thomas Daniel Nehrer, “The Compassionate Samurai” by Brian Klemmer, and “How the Best Get Better” by Dan Sullivan.

For some, there are difficulties in knowing yourself. Some of the best ways of finding yourself are self observation and reflection, asking other people to tell you how they see you, asking others to tell you what they think you’re good at, and by using resources like the “Kolbe A Index” and the “StrenghtsFinder” profile.

My Kolbe A Index is 9334. What this means for me is that I’m a researcher. My unique ability is to get as many specifics as possible to help others maximize their resources.

My StrengthsFinder profile reveals that my strengths are in learning, relating, maximizing, achieving, and individualization.

Since I was a little boy, I’ve been engaged in finding the facts in any given situation and then helping others eliminate time wasting problems and errors.

How does my unique ability help you?

Long term, close friendships are deeply fulfilling for me. So when I get involved in your life, I do it in a way that goes beyond the superficial. I am committed for the long haul. I invest in the relationship by investing in your growth. I am loyal and I expect ongoing mutual support, understanding, and stability.

My closest friendships have been with those with an entrepreneurial spirit. These friendships have been those who have made two decisions in their lives. The first decision is to depend entirely on their own abilities for their economic security. They are responsible to and for themselves and do not have an entitlement attitude. The second decision that they have made is to expect opportunity in life only after they have created value for others.

My close relationships create happiness in my life. So how can I help you enhance your happiness?

I have a dream

I have a dream. My dream is based on the reality that every person that I know wants health, happiness, and prosperity.  Some individuals see the possibilities for accomplishing these, they reach out to attain them, and they know within themselves that they deserve health, happiness, and prosperity. Our reason for living is to be happy. Happiness abundantly flows from good health and good relationships. This happiness is often undermined by stress. Most stress is brought on by two things: too little money and too little time.

So my dream is to help increase the number of wealth producers and to help them have time freedom.

1.    My goal is to help 17 people cross the $100,000 per year income barrier, without wasting their time, without losing their relationships, and without destroying their health in the process.

2.    I am specifically looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision for more. I am focusing on a core group of people who meet specific criteria. The seventeen people that I will help…

  • Believe in themselves as the only real value in life and are dedicated to staying well physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and spiritually.
  • Are in charge of themselves and they set the direction of their lives.
  • Are selective of what they put on or in their body and are actively pursuing wellness.
  • Are oriented toward growth (which leads to increase).
  • Values freedom, friendships, and rewarding relationships
  • Depend on their own abilities for economic security by creating values for others
  • I want to help six individuals who are willing to invest $170 in their own self-care* for the next six month and duplicate themselves 2 times in exchange for a five or six figure income.

My primary activity is “healing” and uplifting.

Healing is like gardening. You must prepare the soil, remove the rocks, make sure the soil is fertile, and see that the weeds and thorns are not surrounding the seedlings. This means cleansing the body and using the technologies that support total health and wellness.

Uplifting is about reversing health destroying beliefs, programs, fears, and other baggage that holds us back from the life we desire. This means cleansing the mind and choosing identities and roles that produce the desired happiness.

Habits of Rejuvenation

How do you rejuvenate yourself? What are your renewal habits? If you don’t know what I mean by these or you can’t think of anything that you are doing to rejuvenate or renew yourself, don’t worry. You are in good company. Most people have never learned these habits from their parents, teachers, or doctors.

In many ways, the science of medicine has failed to pay comparative attention to the biological process of regeneration. As a result, the majority of people focus on suppressing symptoms instead of understanding the basic elements of regeneration and making the appropriate changes. They, and perhaps you too, have come to accept the idea that decrepitude is inevitable as we grow older.

The basic key to wellness (increased healthspan) and increased lifespan is to implement habits that promote cell and tissue regeneration. At the same time, one can cultivate the habit of eliminating unnecessary damage. These two key habits are consistent with the basic biological treatment of each of your ten trillion cells: nutrition and elimination.

If you are forty years old or older, we can assume that two things have occurred. First, your eating habits are more or less responsible for the degeneration of your cells and tissues. This has occurred through malnutrition. You have engaged in over-eating, wrong eating, or under-eating.

Secondly, the degeneration of your cells and tissues is caused through bad elimination. This means that the organs responsible for eliminating wastes, toxins, and other harmful products from your system have degenerated and are not functioning at their optimal level. So, to keep you alive, your body deposits some of these harmful substances into your fat cells, into your connective tissues, and into other body tissue spaces until you or your physician can focus on a protocol that can regenerate your alimentary canal and restore the excretory organs to optimal function.

The problem is, neither you nor your physicians know of the degeneration until gastric reflux, gastritis, or some other functional disturbance makes their appearance. Many of you will not wake up to the fact that there is a problem with your excretory organs until there are some stones, cysts, or some other problem with the kidneys, gallbladder, and so on.

The solution is to practice the habits of rejuvenation and regeneration whether you currently have a problem or whether you want to enhance rejuvenation. The most important habit to integrate into your life is the habit of renewing your gateway to life. The gateway to a healthy life is your gastrointestinal tract. This is the gateway to maintaining a balanced internal environment. Here are the habits of rejuvenation to consider implementing into your life.

1. Regenerate your eating habits through a whole body renewal system. As an example, many people have a habit of eating too many starches without chewing them or eating too much sugar. The unchewed starches either enlarges the stomach or causes it to fall. This leads to indigestion and fermentation and adds more wastes and toxins that needs removing. The increased blood sugar degenerates the kidneys and the bladder and decreases the amount of waste and toxin removal. A whole body renewal system supports the repair of the alimentary canal when you decide to change your eating habits. The whole body renewal system also includes going to the reservoir of life through sleep.

2. Implement habits of biological exercises that enhance elimination by toning the alimentary canal and excretory organs.

3. Remove energy system blocks through the habit of resolving inner conflicts and restores communication between the brain and the meridians.

4. The habit of opening the organs of elimination. Using a well designed detoxification program is important to assisting the body in removing the toxins that it has stored in the blood, tissue space, and fat cells. You can access a form to help you determined if you need to detoxify. If your score is 50 or above, it indicates a need to detoxify.

5. The habit of supporting the fluids that flow through the body.

6. The habit of ensuring intact and healthy intestinal flora.

7. The habit of removing unresolved stresses.
