How to Remain Healthy


The most important concept in remaining healthy is “control of destiny.” Controlling your destiny means owning your own life in every way. Is this a possibility for you? Controlling your destiny is about enhancing your abilities and decreasing your disabilities. What are these abilities?

The ability to maintain a healthy environment is paramount. This ability includes the ability to arrange your physical and human surroundings in such a way that it is conducive to health.

There are literally thousands of self-regulating mechanisms operating within our bodies at all times. All we have to do to enhance all of these mechanisms without altering them in any way is to focus on the small number of elements necessary for our bodies to survive. We need oxygen, water, whole food nutrition (that has phytonutrients, vitamins, enzymes, and minerals), sleep, and exercise. We need to reduce the toxic elements found in our oxygen, water, and food. Are you going to continue to filter these toxins with your body or are you going to use some of the new technologies to filter them for you? You have the power to do this for yourself in your own home. Do you have the ability to do it?

The easiest way to do this is to improve your knowledge and to decide where you want to be. You can have  “A New You in 90 Days.”

Our human surroundings are another part of our environment that we have the power to control. It begins with paying attention to how we feel when we are in the presence of people in our personal atmosphere. Who makes you feel energized and who make you feel drained of energy? Who is focused on making a difference in the world and who is not? Do you have a desirable mate? Are you able to cultivate valuable friendships? Are you able to build strategic alliances?

Control of destiny requires the ability to generate wealth. Wealth is earned by the consciousness of self-worth and self-ownership. Self-worth is an attitude that is necessary for health – and abundant health is a form of wealth. What are other forms of wealth? An abundance of time, money, and energy are forms of wealth. The ability to raise children that are self-sufficient and independent is a form of wealth. An abundance of happiness and sexual capacity are forms of wealth. Spiritual capacities of wisdom, power, love, and joy are forms of wealth.
